EVENT SPACE FOR SHOWERS AND BIRTHDAYS
Our traditional English Style Tearoom offers event space for SHOWERS and BIRTHDAYS.
Event times can be reserved between 11am and 4pm.
Event space rental includes chairs, tables, and linens.
We can accommodate groups of up to 15, up to 30, and up to 50 persons.
Room rental payment reserves day and time.
The Parlor Room is our room with the granite counter and pair of black glass chandeliers. It seats up to 15 comfortably. Staff will pass through this room occasionally for access between the Kitchen and the Ballroom. The room has a separate entrance and exit for guests. Tables and Chiavari event chairs can be arranged to suit the event. The Parlor Room rents for $300 for 2-1/2 hours plus 30 minutes for you to setup and remove all decorations.
The Ballroom is our large open room adjoining the Parlor Room. It has a separate entrance and exit for guests. This room has tables and chairs enough to seat up to 50 guests comfortably. The room also has soft seating and oriental rugs. The Ballroom rents for $850 for 2-1/2 hours plus 30 minutes for you to setup and remove all decorations.
The Ballroom can also be split using curtain partitions creating a semi private space. This will accommodate up to 30 guests comfortably. Half of the Ballroom rents for $450 for 2-1/2 hours plus 30 minutes for you to setup and remove all decorations.
Food and Beverage Service
We serve a traditional English Tea service for events.
The English Tea service is a 3-tiered stand with 3 savories, 3 desserts, a scone with clotted cream and preserves and a pot of tea in the guest’s choice of flavor. The tea service items change every month. Refer to the monthly tea service menu on the website. The English Tea service is $35 per person. Gluten-free and Vegan English Tea services are available at $42 per person.
If any children will be attending your event, we offer a Kid’s Tea service, which is a 3-tiered stand with 2 savories, 3 desserts, and an MMM scone. It is offered with hot chocolate or caffeine free tea in the child’s choice of flavor. The Kid’s Tea is for children 3 to 10 years old and is $20 per child. Kids must be supervised by an adult during the event.
The Flour Box offers appetizers and wine and Prosecco beverages, available at an additional cost.
Final guest count must be confirmed by Tuesday on the week of the event. 7% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Only one (1) final bill will be created.
Tearoom Rules:
Personal food, drink, or alcohol is not allowed.
Glitter and open flame are not allowed.
Vaping is not allowed.
Personal music is not allowed.
All decorations must be approved by the Flour Box at least 48 hours prior to the event.
At the end of the event, all decorations must be removed from the premises.
Children must be well-behaved.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Pricing: $1,200 rental fee + $350 damage deposit (refundable).

Hours: Available Monday through Sunday evenings from 5PM to 9PM
