Event Hosting

Our traditional English style tearoom offers event space for Showers and Birthdays.
The event space can accommodate from 8 to 20 guests.
Events can be reserved any day except Mondays. Event time is only available from 2pm to 5pm. Events run for three hours (2-1/2 hours plus 30 minutes for setup and removal of decorations).

Event Space Rental only includes chairs, tables, and linens, and is $375 (includes tax). The Event Space Rental cost is a required deposit and reserves the day and time. The rental payment is non-refundable. The Event Space Rental is not confirmed until the deposit is received.Any time over 3 hours will be charged in one-hour increments at $100/hour.

Tea Service During the Event

In addition to the cost of the Event Space Rental, a charge of $45 per guest will be added for the English Tea Service. A charge of $54 per guest will be added for each Vegan or Gluten-Free English Tea Service. A charge of $31 per child guest will be added for each Kid’s Tea Service.

The English Tea Service

The English Tea Service per person includes 3 savories, 3 desserts, a scone with house-made clotted cream and preserves, and pots of tea. (Four tea flavors will be chosen by the host prior to the event). The tea service items change every month. Refer to the monthly tea service menu on the website.

If any children will be attending your event, we offer a Kid’s Tea Service which includes with 2 savories, 3 desserts, and an MMM scone. The Kid’s Tea service is offered with hot chocolate or caffeine free tea in the child’s choice of flavor. The Kid’s Tea Service is for ages 3 years to 10 years old.
Children must be well-behaved and must be supervised by an adult during the event.

Cucumber Tea Sandwich appetizer - $27/dozen, Chocolate Covered Strawberries - $27/dozen
Mimosa (orange, strawberry, or peach) - $9/flute, Prosecco - $12/flute
Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Champagne - $108/750ml bottle, Benvolio Prosecco - $32/750ml bottle.

Guest Count and Final Bill

The final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. Please make note that only one final bill will be created for the event. Final bill will be based on the confirmed guest count plus any additional appetizers and wine drinks ordered during the event.

Tearoom Rules

No personal food, drink, or alcohol is allowed.
Please inform your guests to arrive on time to avoid additional time charges.
No glitter or open flame is allowed.
All decorations must be approved by the Flour Box at least 48 hours prior to the event.
At the end of the event, all decorations must be removed from the premises.
Children must be well-behaved and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
